Schedule of Rates
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days and are based on the requirements provided by the customer. If these requirements change, baxcom reserves the right to re-quote.

Schedule of Payment
baxcom may require an up-front deposit for some services, if applicable this will be outlined in the quotation. Invoice terms are 14 days and are to be paid by the methods listed below. Payment must be made in full before the website is loaded "live" to the internet or a copy made available to the customer. The completed website will not be uploaded to the customer's website until payment has been received by baxcom in full.

Payment methods accepted are cheque, and / or direct bank account deposit into the bank account of baxcom. Upfront payment for domain registration and website hosting is insisted upon or imposed as a condition in advance. All payments must be in Australian dollars.

Project Development Process
Project content submitted to baxcom is expected to be the customer’s final complete information. Time required to make substantial changes to customer-submitted content after the pages have been developed will attract additional charges, billed at the current hourly rate. Minor changes are handled as part of the normal project development process and included in the quoted prices.

Disclaimer
While every care has been taken in the preparation of the website then baxcom will use good faith to ensure pages created by us are free of errors. However, baxcom may not be held liable for any statement, opinion, any error, or omission.

baxcom will correct minor changes at no charge for 30 days from the date the site is uploaded to the web hosts server. After 30 days, changes will be charged at the current hourly rate.

Alterations to Website
baxcom does not accept liability for any alterations made by third parties to the customer’s website pages.

Indemnity
The customer will indemnify and hold baxcom, service providers, directors, and contractors (the indemnified parties) harmless from any breach of copy right laws and the customer agrees that the indemnified parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or an authorised use of any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork supplied to baxcom by the customer to be part of the website pages are owned by the customer, or that the customer has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. The customer will hold harmless, protect, and defend baxcom from any claim or lawsuit arising from the use of such elements provided by the customer.

Copyright to Website
Property and Copyright of the completed website produced by baxcom shall be transferred to the customer upon receipt of final payment. Upon final payment, entitles the customer to utilise, modify, and / or alter the completed website. baxcom retains the right to display graphics and other web design elements as examples of their work in their portfolio.

baxcom is proud of any work completed and reserves the right to affix a small hyperlink directed to baxcom website at the bottom of the customer’s website pages.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
baxcom offer free optimisation and search engine submission, plus advice on how to achieve high rankings. However, baxcom provides no guarantee of search engine positioning or the time between submission and listing.

Return of Material
Any material supplied to baxcom by disk or original copy will be returned to the customer.
